This will be a fun and educational session for the family.
• Learn what grows locally and seasonally
• Understand basic nutritional benefits of homegrown produce
• Get hands-on with simple cooking techniques we create and share as brunch
• How fresh vs. store-bought changes nutrient content
• Let's talk about fibre, micronutrients, gut health, and hydration and water quality.
• Why it is worth going chemical free
You are invited to bring some of your own locally grown produce and share your knowledge!
