About this Event
Sound Healing event: Kids and adults welcome!
The Event: Our first garden fundraiser, held in our very own garden space!
A special event gifted to South O by sacredspaceoceanside.com. Owner, Erin, will be leading our sound healing centered around creating safe, inclusive space in which you are guided inward. The sound healing is a meditative experience where all are invited to lay comfortably on their mat and be guided into a meditative state with the use of quartz crystal sound bowls and a gong.
***All ticket sale funds will be matched by an anonymous (amazing!) donor! ***
Date: Saturday September 13th
Event time: 9:45-11:15am (Sound Healing meditation portion will be from 10-11am; social and snack time before and after)
What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat (and blanket if it's chilly) for each participant;
Water, Sun Tea, and Snacks will be for sale (all proceeds go to the garden)
