Join us for the Third Annual Garden Retreat—a day dedicated to self-exploration and overall wellness! Come relax, recharge, and discover new ways to nurture your mind, body and spirit. Choose from a variety of activities including nature walks, yoga, Tai Chi, forest bathing, art-making, meditation and more. Each session is led by an expert instructor and offers valuable tools for living a healthy, balanced life. Choose your morning workshop and prepare to unwind and breathe deeply. This event opens with guided recentering and grounding and closes with a restorative, meditative, sound bath. It is open to all ages and fitness levels.Make the most of your retreat by attending a pre or post event program. Additional charges apply; pre-registration is required.
New this year: a pre-event Wellness Symposium on Thursday, April 16 from 6-8PM!
