located in our garden center space here at the farmers market! Garden Club workshop is in collaboration with Juke from Self Assured Lifestyle who we have featured in store and at farmer market pop-ups. event details : for this garden club workshop juke will guide us in this workshops we will plant echinacea & calendula. we will discuss the medicinal properties of the plants, ideas for ways to use the flowers (bouquets, body products, salads, teas, etc...) and tips for healthy blooms. (These flowers were chosen because they are easy to grow, beautiful and provide the foundation for many herbal remedies.)
What’s included in the ticket :
The seeds we will plant during the event. (4 Echinacea, 4 Calendula)
Materials needed to plant. (soil, water from Indian Springs, compostable planters, labels, plastic gloves, starter soil, etc...)
Seedlings ready to be planted. (2 of each)
(2) Cups of compost to be used when attendees go home to plant 1st and 2nd set of seedlings.
