A weekend of gardening fun for the whole family!We are so excited to offer this free event. Everything listed below is free, so come and enjoy the activities with us!
Balloon Artist
- David Olson & Heather Olson, Balloon Artists are so much fun to have on the farm making all their awesome balloon creations. This year David recruited Heather to help make Balloons during the whole event 10:00 - 4:00pm on both days. The line will be controlled so the last balloon will be made at 4:00pm. Come early to make sure you get your balloon.
Kids Plant a Pot
- We teach the kids how to plant a pansy. The best part is they get to take the pansy home and take care of it all summer long.
Baby lambs
- Some of Joyer Barnyard's animals will be on display. Come to see the lambs (baby sheep). Joyer Adventure Farm opens June 13th so during the Garden Center Open House is the only time in the spring you will be able to visit the animals.
Container Demonstrations by Kathy
- Kathy is known for her creative container combinations and she will be sharing her tips and secrets to basket success.
Door prizes
- There will be two door prize locations, one for Garden Center goodies and another for season passes to Joyer Adventure Farm!
- Make sure to register to win on the day of the event in both places.
Pansy Sale
- I almost forgot there will be a Pansy Special during the event.
