"Garden Bathing" is the practice of immersing oneself in the sights, sounds, and sensations of a garden to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and a deeper connection with nature. It's a great way to relieve stress and improve your mood!
This session will be a gentle and mindful stroll through Rockway Gardens, exploring the change in seasons. Our walk will include some moments of pause to enjoy our surroundings and to practice techniques that will help you release stress and rejuvenate.
