Antennas may be installed in and around the parking lot area.

Access to the Fire Department fuel pump will remain clear at all times.
Tables and chairs from the clubhouse will be available.
Club equipment may be used, including radios, tuners, duplexers, power supplies, computers, coax, and available electrical power.

Members are welcome to bring and share their own equipment. Please clearly label anything you bring.
Equipment should never be left unattended.
A generator will be used on Saturday and Sunday.
Logging and Operations
A sign-up sheet will be available.
Logging will be done on paper; no logging software is planned.
We will have two HF stations operating at the same time using call sign K5QHD operating as 2A.
A third station operating above 50 MHz can also be K5QHD and 2A.
We will have the trustee license and the trustee signed permission document on display.
Everyone is encouraged to get on the air, try different radios, modes, and bands, and help make contacts.
An FCC Amateur Extra operator will be on site during operation so third-party-rules makes it easy for everyone to operate.
Food and Refreshments
Water will be provided.
Feel free to bring your own food.
Sharing is welcome, but not required.
Visibility
Field Day signs and GARC promotional signs will be displayed to help promote amateur radio and the club.
Whether you're a new operator or a seasoned contester, stop by, get on the air, and enjoy some Field Day operating with fellow club members. We hope to see you there! #ARRLFD #ARRL #garland #hamradio
