The film traces the growth of the garage rock scene in Japan, which, thanks to the annual Halloween Ball, became a rock and roll Mecca for many Australian bands and fans.
Bruce Milne regularly DJs at events in Tokyo on bills with these fabulous bands and he will be talking about the scene after the film screening.
