About this Event
Unravel the stories of Australian native plants through Rachel’s hands-on workshop, which will connect children to the natural world around them and inspire limitless possibilities for future at-home creations.
Booking information
Our free workshops are age specific, please select the session that suits your child's age.
- 10.30am – 11.30am suitable for ages 5-8
- 1pm – 2pm suitable for ages 9-12
About Rachel Gyan
Rachel Gyan is a multidisciplinary illustrator passionate about storytelling. She has a fondness for texture, watercolour, gouache and pencil. Her illustrations are known for their heart-warming characters empowered by vibrant colour palettes.
Rachel’s passion for animal welfare is apparent throughout her work, as she draws inspiration from Australian wildlife and their native environment.
Her illustrations can be seen in Plantastic!: A-Z of Australian plants and If all the trees were gone.
