Lineup:
WOMBBATH (SE)
Hailing from Sala, Västmanland, Sweden, Wombbath formed in 1990 and quickly established themselves as purveyors of raw, old-school death metal. Drawing on themes of death, gore and torture, their early work captured the ferocious spirit of the burgeoning Swedish death-metal scene.
After an initial era of activity in the early ’90s, the band went on hiatus, only to be resurrected in 2014 by original guitarist Håkan Stuvemark. Since their comeback, Wombbath have released several full-length albums—most recently Beyond the Abyss (2025)—which show that their brutal legacy remains intact while embracing subtle evolution.
With chunky riffs, guttural vocals and an unrelenting drive, Wombbath deliver uncompromising death metal forged in the Swedish tradition—an essential act for any fan of the genre.
PUSTULANT FLESH (DK)
Pustulant Flesh – Copenhagen Death Grind
Born from pus in the spring of 2022, Pustulant Flesh is a young band from Copenhagen, delivering dark death grind with a raw edge. With themes of decay, the three original members forged a relentless sound that was intensified in 2024 with the addition of a fourth member on second guitar, adding even more weight to their brutal expression.
With bloodlust and hunger, the band is ready to unleash their monstrous universe upon the world – music dredged up from the grave. Drawing inspiration from legends like Carcass, Exhumed, and other “rotten delicacies,” Pustulant Flesh have released their debut EP ”Gurgling Pustulence” in august 2025 through EXTREMELY ROTTEN PRODUCTIONS. They promise an experience as dark and decayed as their name suggests.
REPULSIVE VISION (UK)
Here is the previous summary reduced to about 60% of its length, keeping the essential details:
⸻
Repulsive Vision, formed in the North West of England, blend punk intensity with old-school death metal, taking cues from Entombed, Carcass, Death, Discharge and DRI. With two albums released in 2017 and 2020, they’ve toured widely across Europe, Japan and the US, performing at major underground festivals like Hammerfest, Vagos Metal Fest, Shinjuku Deathfest, Bloodstock and Las Vegas Death Fest. Their work has earned international attention and a steadily growing fanbase.
They are currently preparing their third album for recording in Winter 2025, featuring returning vocalist Daniel McEwan. The new material builds on their punk and OSDM roots while incorporating Doom, Thrash, Hardcore and Black Metal influences. A preview EP is planned for early 2026.
GRAVE HERESY (SE)
Of primitive satanic hate and profound bestial aggression Grave Heresy conjure their profane Black Metal of Death. Pummeling of attritional sonic ordnance and waves of searing distortion bear forth mantric anti-human orations to summon sonic hellfire upon all and every witness. Antichrist supremacy, with extreme prejudice. Armed with their 2024 manifest of annihilation, realized with the first LP ”Incineration Victory” released by Godz Ov War Productions, Grave Heresy will bring total death to Gamla Enskede Bryggeri.
ENCRYPTMENT (SE)
ENCRYPTMENT was founded in 2015 to create music free from boundaries between Death Metal, Black Metal and crust punk. This intention remains at the band’s core, but has evolved towards a soundscape rooted even deeper in the grave, with death-affirming lyrics performed in both Swedish and English. At the end of 2022, the debut album ’Dödens födsel’ was released through Nuclear Winter Records, which received good reviews in various metal media. Since then, the band has spilled blood, sweat and madness on many stage floors with a never-ending hunger
