- The evening is ticketed with an enforced capacity and cannot accept anyone turning up on the door without a ticket*. The entry fee is £5/£6, however for all events we will be offering a 10% discount in the shop as part of the entry fee during the event. *Games Membership card holders do not need to book via eventbrite and only need to bring your card with you on the evening for entry. If you don't have your card yet don't worry as we have a list of all members. Please do email us before hand at [email protected] if you plan to attend.

- Please do not attend the event if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 or if you have been advised to self-isolate. We will offer a full refund in this eventuality.

- You are welcome to bring your own games but we will also be providing our usual games library for customer use.

- We ask all customers to be respectful of those around them and to keep all personal belongings under their tables to avoid blocking access ways.

- We will not be providing communal food and drinks but will allow ticket holders to bring in their own. Our Caffè Nero will remain open during the event for those who wish to game in the café or order food and drinks. Please dispose of any waste in the bin bags provided.

Membership:

We have launched a membership scheme which costs £30 a year and allows you free entry into games nights and 15% off games in Blackwell's Edinburgh (in-store only). Membership can be purchased before the event in-store.
