About this Event

This 2-hour interactive session introduces youth ages 8–17 to a balanced approach to gaming through:

• Guided breathwork and grounding
• A 15-minute digital learning module focused on coding and tech skills
• Character creation and strategy-based gameplay
• Chess, tabletop games, and video games that encourage critical thinking and teamwork
• D&D-style storytelling that includes real-life situations
• Academic and social-emotional learning (SEL) skill enhancement
