Speaker Panel:

Gracie Pugliese has over 10 years of sports and entertainment marketing and communications experience. She graduated from Ohio University with degrees in communications and hospitality and started her career right after graduation in the marketing departmentat the Wolstein Center at Cleveland State University. After learning the ropes of arena marketing and pr, she continued her career growth in Arizona at Gila River Arena as the Senior Marketing Manager. There, she worked with the NHL teamas well as countless promoters and clients, making sure their events were promoted and sold successfully. In 2018, she took a role that she knew couldn’t turn down, and she’s so glad she didn’t. Pugliese moved to Milwaukee, WI to take on the brand-new role of Director of Arena Marketing (later becoming VP) at the brand-new Fiserv Forum with the Milwaukee Bucks. Her role not only encompassed marketing and PR for all of the concerts and events inside of the arena, but also spread to the entire “Deer District” entertainment complex which includes a plaza space, multiple bars and restaurants, a beer garden, and a private events space. Pugliese also worked closely with the food and beverage team on site to handle all food and beverage marketing/communications within the arena and entertainment district. After a few years with the Bucks, Pugliese took an exciting opportunity at Snapdragon Stadium, handling all of the marketing/pr efforts before the building was even open. There, she works closely with SDSU Athletics, SD Wave, SD Legion, and all of the promoters and clients brining events to the stadium. Her team handled the build of the new stadium’s website and mobile app and email database, and continues to create innovative promotions and activations for San Diego’s newest stadium.

Dave Mullins

As senior vice president of client development, Dave is responsible for identifying and delivering impactful marketing strategies to rEvolution’s current and prospective clients. An accomplished sports and entertainment marketing executive with more than a decade of agency experience, Dave understands the constantly evolving sports and sponsorship industry better than anyone. It’s no wonder he’s worked with some of the biggest brand names in the business, including Visa, Intel and Esurance. Outside of the office, this San Diegan loves nothing more than enjoying the perfect Southern California weather cheering on the Padres with his two kids and finding every opportunity to show off his signed Elvis Costello guitar.
