Join us for a regular monthly meet-up for local tabletop and game designers. This is a casual, supportive gathering designed to help designers connect, share ideas, play-test games, and receive thoughtful feedback in a welcoming environment.
The group has developed a fantastic collaborative culture, with attendees making a genuine effort to ensure everyone’s games are explored, discussed, and given constructive feedback.
Whether you’re bringing a rough prototype, a polished design, a strange experimental mechanic, or just an idea scribbled in a notebook, you’ll find people keen to engage and help.
The meet-up is open to designers at all stages, from first-time creators to experienced developers. Casual gamers and play-testers are also warmly welcome, as fresh perspectives and feedback are always incredibly valuable.
When: Last Sunday of every month (from February 2026), from 10:00am onwards
Where: Meepleopolis @ the Climate Action Campus, Block E

There is no formal structure or schedule. Come and go as you please, collaborate, play-test, brainstorm ideas, or work quietly alongside others.
Attendance is free. A gold coin donation is appreciated to help cover venue overheads.
