You'll learn the fundamentals of preparing bite-sized, flavor-packed dishes that work beautifully for gatherings: building layers of flavor, managing textures, timing your cooks, and using smart shortcuts that make a big difference. While much of the food will be cooked on the Big Green Egg, we’ll also discuss when alternative tools or techniques may be helpful for the best results.

Throughout the class, you’ll enjoy tastings of the Game Day dishes as we move through each technique and component. The focus of the evening is learning how to prepare flavor-packed, bite-sized foods using approachable, repeatable methods you can use at home for any gathering.

Format: Lecture-style and laid-back, with live demonstration, plenty of instruction, and lots of time for questions. Two complimentary drinks (beer or wine) are included. Plus, you'll have the opportunity for private shopping in the store after the class.
