GAME DAY- Fitstop La Jolla

Game Day is an exciting team-based fitness competition at Fitstop where members come together to test their strength, endurance, and teamwork. Participants will compete in teams of four and take on a series of challenges that combine all four of Fitstop’s signature training styles: Lift, Perform, Condition, and Sweat.

This high-energy event is designed to push athletes out of their comfort zones while creating an incredible community atmosphere. Teams will work together through a variety of workouts that challenge power, speed, stamina, and overall performance.
