This June, we’re hosting Game & Beef, a long lunch built around Australia’s finest game, beef and winter cooking.
Across six courses, the menu moves from sumac-spiced beef tartare and sweet and sour quail, through venison and truffle pithivier, rabbit ragù bianco with pappardelle, O’Connors 5+ Black Angus steak, and a final cheese course with pickled baby figs.
