You are invited to ride Rio Grande Southern Goose No. 5 (the “Galloping Goose”) to Silverton with a steam train return to Durango on May 4th, or ride the steam train to Silverton with a return to Durango by Goose on May 5th. You can also stay overnight in Silverton and ride the Goose on both days! Every passenger gets the opportunity to ride up front with the motorman and watch the scenery roll by.
