An intimate tour among the works, from the Maruyama yatate to the living practice of calligraphy today. We are pleased to welcome calligrapher Mr. Mohri Suzuki from Japan for an exhibition focusing on "yatate" — a brush and an ink-pot joined in a single small case, and the culture of calligraphy. During this gallery talk, Mr. Suzuki will discuss the appeal of "yatate" and the art of calligraphy while presenting the exhibited works.
