Join us in the Marcia W. Downes Art Gallery for the opening of "The Art of Movement" on Saturday, October 19, 2-4 PM.
Discover a unique media with an origin that traces back to the sixteenth century. Pastel is powdered pigment rolled into sticks and held together with a special binder. Whether blended or left with visible strokes, pastel creates a unique style of artwork. Join The Ohio Pastel Artists League (OPAL) in a fascinating exhibition that explores and celebrates the art of pastels, on display through December 28, 2024.
