In Free to Feel, emotions are the paint, and every participant becomes part of the living canvas. Milwaukee-born Anne Koller—artist, author, yogi, and somatic water healer—guides you on a journey to feel deeply, live boldly, and discover the magic that happens when we create from our emotions.

How can we embrace the full spectrum of being human—the longing and exhilaration, the anxiety and wonder—and create beauty from this complexity?

Born in 2011 from the sudden loss of Anne’s father, Free to Feel emerged from her own journey through grief, channeling raw emotion into art as a path to self-discovery, healing, and renewal.

Guided journeys, interactive experiences, channeled art, movement, music, video installations, and community-based projects—rooted in peace, love, and transformation—invite you to dive into your emotions, awaken your senses, ignite your creativity, and discover what emerges when feelings flow into art.

Free to Feel has inspired audiences in New York, Los Angeles, Austin, and North Carolina, and Anne now returns to her hometown of Milwaukee to share this journey of emotional liberation—an experience that will leave your heart full, your imagination sparked, and your spirit moving. Anne welcomes you as co-creator and witness, and asks, what you will create from your emotions?
