Galentine’s Paint & Sip Night

Join us for a festive Galentine’s Paint & Sip Night — a creative, social evening at Café Ma Bicyclette.

Whether you’re coming with friends or showing up solo to meet new people, this night is all about slowing down, making something with your hands, and enjoying good drinks in good company. Think Paint & Sip — relaxed, welcoming, and pressure-free.

Tam Bédard and Sarah Rosenberg — artists and baristas at Café Ma Bicyclette — will animate the evening and gently guide you through the process. Working from observation of a provided bouquet of flowers, you’ll create a one-of-a-kind painting at your own pace. The guidance is light and supportive, with the focus on creativity and enjoyment rather than technical perfection.

All painting supplies are included, along with your first drink. Choose between a glass of wine or a coffee-based drink, with the option to upgrade to a cocktail. The café will also have snacks, cakes, and sandwiches available for purchase throughout the evening.

Please plan to arrive between 5:00 and 5:30 pm to get settled and enjoy your drink before painting begins.

Tâm Bédard is an illustrator and fine arts student based in Montréal with a passion for art education. He loves oil painting, illustrating comics, and drawing birds.

Sarah Rosenberg graduated with a BFA in Studio Arts in 2017 and is a multidisciplinary illustrator primarily working with acrylic paint. She loves vintage costumes, ceramic trinkets, and libraries.

Both are also familiar faces behind the bar at Café Ma Bicyclette.

Que vous veniez avec votre gang ou en solo pour rencontrer du monde, cette soirée est pensée comme un moment social et sans pression. On ralentit, on peint, on jase, on boit quelque chose de bon — version Paint & Sip (peinture et apéro).

Tâm Bédard et Sarah Rosenberg — artistes et baristas au Café Ma Bicyclette — animeront la soirée et vous accompagneront tout au long du processus. À partir de l’observation d’un bouquet de fleurs fourni, chacun·e pourra créer une œuvre unique, à son rythme. L’animation est guidée, mais légère — l’accent est mis sur le plaisir et l’expression personnelle.

Tout le matériel est fourni, ainsi qu’une première boisson incluse. Vous pourrez choisir entre un verre de vin ou une boisson à base de café, avec la possibilité de passer à un cocktail pour un extra. Des collations, gâteaux et sandwichs seront offerts à l’achat tout au long de la soirée.

Merci d’arriver entre 17 h et 17 h 30 afin de vous installer tranquillement et de profiter de votre boisson avant le début de la peinture.

Tâm Bédard est un illustrateur et étudiant en beaux-arts basé à Montréal, passionné par l’enseignement artistique. Il aime la peinture à l’huile, l’illustration de bandes dessinées et le dessin d’oiseaux.

Sarah Rosenberg est diplômée d’un baccalauréat en beaux-arts (BFA, 2017) et est une illustratrice multidisciplinaire travaillant principalement à l’acrylique. Elle aime les costumes vintage, les bibelots en céramique et les bibliothèques.

Tous deux sont aussi des visages bien connus derrière le comptoir du Café Ma Bicyclette.
