What is Galentine's Day?

It’s an unofficial celebration of women’s friendship, most commonly observed on February 13th, inspired by the TV show Parks and Recreation, where you leave your husbands and your boyfriends at home and “kick it” with your gal pals.

What is a Fruitful Bloom?

It’s a sweet alternative for those who think outside the flowerpot.
We turn wholesome ingredients like the freshest fruits, crisp vegetables, and tasty additions into a-peel-ing edible works of art. They’re just like flowers, but better because you can eat them.

What is the Galentine’s Fruitful Blooms Workshop?

On February 13th, join us inside L’OCA Labs for a fun, hands-on afternoon building your own one-of-a-kind Fruitful Bloom for your Galentine or yourself.

You’ll be welcomed with a complimentary glass of prosecco, then get to work deliciously designing a Fruitful Bloom with carved pineapple blossoms, strawberry blooms, slices of cool watermelon, sweet cantaloupe and honeydew, and a refreshing mix of sweet, tart, and juicy berries.

- All the juiciest, ripest fruits needed to create an edible work of art
- Step-by-step instruction on how to build your own Fruitful Bloom
- Complimentary glass of prosecco and an assortment of light charcuterie to nibble on

THINGS TO KNOW

For 18+ only.
A welcome glass of prosecco will be served upon arrival, and additional beverages will be available for purchase a la carte throughout the class.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for seating.

Registration for in L’OCA Classes and Events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and require full payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any class that fails to meet a minimum enrollment, scheduling conflicts, chef availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If for any of the above reasons a class or event is canceled, you will be notified via email and issued a full refund to the original method of payment.

Refunds are only available for cancellations received 72 hours or more prior to the class.
