Galentine's Night Out Info:

An elegant women-only evening designed to celebrate women, build connection, confidence, and community. This Galentine’s experience brings together style, indulgence, and high-energy fun in a beautifully curated atmosphere.

Guests will enjoy an open bar, tasty hors d’oeuvres, yummy desserts, luxury photo moments, curated vendor shopping from local vendors, and engaging games, raffles, and giveaways. A live DJ will set the tone as the night transitions seamlessly from sophisticated socializing to dancing and celebration.

Hors d'oeuvres & desserts will be served from 8-10pm if you would like to indulge. You will receive a ticket for these at checkin and must present your ticket to the servers at the food tables.

Open Bar is available from 7:30-11pm and guests are welcome to order all the regular drinks or bar style drinks they would like to during this time at no additional cost. Tips to those preparing the drinks are appreciate.

Reserved Seating & Table Experiences

Reserved seating is available and may be purchased separately from your event ticket directly through the event host. Please contact directly us via Facebook messenger or at [email protected] to book your table. Again, entry tickets do not include a table or a seat. Those must be paid for separately. Seats/tables are only for those who reserve and pay for them in advance.

• Reserved individual seats: $20 per guest

Single-seat purchases will be randomly assigned to shared tables.

• Private table reservations available for groups of: 6, 8, 10, or 12 guests. (This is for table & seats only -entry tickets are purchased separetly through Eventbrite.)

Group Celebrations Welcome

We love celebrating birthdays, graduations, and bachelorette parties with you so bring the crew! This is perfect for groups looking to enjoy the evening together in style. Bring your girls and make it a night to remember! Custom party signs specific to you/your group are available for purchase - contact event host to place an order. Pricing is based on sizing and signage detail.

✨ Vendor Opportunities ✨

A very limited number of vendor booths are available for this women-only, upscale Galentine’s experience. We are curating girly, feminine brands only—beauty, fashion, accessories, self-care, treats, and lifestyle favorites.

• Vendor participation is by approval only

• Interested vendors must inquire directly with the event host via Facebook messenger to Heather Dawn or at [email protected]

• Payment is required once approved

Vendor Booth Fee: $125

Vendor Requirements:

• Vendors must provide all materials needed for their setup

• Booths must be fully set and event-ready no later than 5:30pm. You may start your set up as early as 10am.

• Once setup is complete, vendors may leave and must return no later than 7:00pm to be in place prior to doors opening
