This Galentine’s Day, make Leslie Knope proud and participate in a special Cacao Ceremony designed to honor the powerful connection between women, self-love, and gratitude.
In the sacred circle of sisterhood, we will embark on a heart-opening journey with the transformative power of cacao, gentle loving-kindness meditation, and a creative gratitude expression activity.
🌸 What to Expect:
-Cacao Ceremony: Experience the grounding and heart-expanding benefits of ceremonial-grade cacao, lovingly prepared to awaken your spirit and deepen your connection to yourself and others.
-Loving-Kindness Meditation: A guided meditation practice designed to cultivate compassion and love towards yourself and others, fostering a deep sense of connection and peace.
-Creative Gratitude Expression: A fun and inspiring activity where you will express your gratitude through creative means, leaving with a tangible reminder of the love and appreciation you cultivate in your life.
🌟What is Supplied?
-Each participant will be supplied with a yoga mat and blanket.
-Activity guidance and supplies will be provided for the creative gratitude expression
🌟What Should I Bring?
-Water bottle, journal & pen, and anything additional to support your comfort (extra yoga mat, blankets, pillows, bolster, eye mask, etc.)
-Your own coloring/drawing supplies if you feel called to do so; though not required.

This ceremony is for women of all backgrounds who are seeking to deepen their connection to themselves and the community of women around them.
No prior experience is necessary—just come with an open heart!
