GALENTINE’S: A RETURN TO YOURSELF

Breathwork + Sound Healing for Women

(Grab a girlfriend or come solo dolo you’re welcome either way)

This is not a singles event.
And it’s not heartbreak healing.

This is a space for women who are done performing strength
and ready to feel grounded, present, and sovereign in their bodies.

If Valentine’s Day has ever made you feel like you’re behind, missing something, or waiting to be chosen —
this is where that narrative dissolves.

Through guided breathwork and sound healing, we’ll create the nervous-system safety required to:
• soften without collapsing
• feel proud without performing
• return to your body as home

This is about self-trust.
Not confidence.
Not fixing.

Just the quiet power of not abandoning yourself anymore.

What this experience includes
• 90 minute guided journey
• Live sound healing
• A warm, grounded, celebratory container
• Public enough to feel alive, intimate enough to feel safe

Please wait in the lobby + message when you arrive
Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in

🎟️ Spots: 16 (intimate, cozy, intentionally small)
💸 Early Bird: $65 before February 1st
💸 Regular: $75

You don’t need to bring a mat. We’re providing mats, pillows, blankets, and eye masks. You’re welcome to bring an extra blanket if you tend to get cold, a bolster or anything your body loves, water, and a journal and pen. Please dress in layers as body temperature can shift during breathwork.
