Galentine's Yoga and Reiki Workshop

This month’s workshop, we cordially invite you to join us for a Galentine’s evening of Self-Love. We will be focusing on the heart chakra. This chakra plays a key role in our sense of well-being and building relationships; and the most important one, is the one with ourselves.
Join Noemi and Juana on Thursday, February 27th at 7:30pm @flowhealingbodyandsoul. Come dressed in your favorite color of LOVE (Red or Pink).

Things to bring:

• Yoga mat (mats are also avaialbe to rent if you need to borrow one)
• Pillow for Reiki
• Small Blanket (we will also have extra)
• Comfortable clothes for movement
• Water bottle & light snacks
• Journal (optional)
