Galentine's Sound Bath

As moms we give so much of ourselves every day - to our children, our family, our work, and our home. This Women's Circle is an invitation to pause, soften, and be held for awhile.

Join us for a nourishing evenign created especially for mothers who feel stretched, overstimulated, or simply in need of a reset. In this sacred circle, you will be seen, felt, and heard exactly as you are.

We'll gather in gentle community with like-minded women, sharing presence rather than pressure, and allowing the nervous system to finally exhale.

You'll be guided into a deeply restorative meditation followed by a crystal bowl sound bath, where healing vibrations wash over the body, helping to regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and release stored tension. Reiki energy will be offered throughout the experience, supporting deep relaxation, balance, and renewal.

There is nothing to do, nothing to fix, nothing to become - just receive.

This is a space to slow down, to rest your body and your heart and to remember what it feels like to be cared for. Come as you are, leave feeling lighter, grounded, and gently restored.
