You’ll learn a beginner-level chair routine designed to help you soften into your body and move with purpose—not performance.
As part of the choreography, we’ll guide you through tasteful, intentional removal of an oversized button-up, layered slowly and with control. No experience needed—just a willingness to show up for yourself.
