Calling all Good Time Gals!Join us for The Nourished Self’s second-annual Galentines’ Day Event.
A celebration of Sisterhood, Self-Love, and Gratitude
Friday, February 13th from 6:45pm – 9:00pm.
496 W. Ann Arbor Trail, Suite 107

You’ll be welcomed into a playful and sacred circle of sisterhood with mocktails, other hot & cold N/A beverage options, dairy-free & gluten-free snacks, and fun music!
Once settled into the space; you’ll be guided through a Loving-Kindness (Meta) Meditation. This meditation practice is designed to cultivate compassion, love, and acceptance towards yourself and others, fostering a deep sense of connection and peace.
After grounding into the heart-center; you’ll be guided to listen to your intuition and use your creativity (it’s okay if it’s rusty or dusty) to create tangible reminders of the love and appreciation cultivated within your own life.
What is Supplied?
-Each participant will be supplied with a yoga mat and blanket.
-Activity guidance and supplies will be provided for the creative expression/gratitude practice
What Should I Bring?
-Water bottle, journal & pen, and anything additional to support your comfort while lying down or seated (extra yoga mat, blankets, pillows, bolster, eye mask, etc.)
-Your own coloring/drawing supplies if you feel called to do so; though not required.
Who This Is For:
This ceremony is for women of all backgrounds who are seeking to deepen their connection to themselves and the community of women around them.
No prior experience is necessary—just come with an open heart!
