Grab your BFF, rise outta bed for brunch, then come stop on over to the bakery to make your very own BRUNCH themed sugar cookies! Inspired by the TV show ‘Parks & Rec’, Leslie Knope says that Galentine’s Day is all about celebrating your gal pals & showering them with love- and it’s always better with a waffle brunch! In this class, we’ll be decorating 8 sugar cookies in a waffle, egg, and bacon theme, all pictured here! We’ll go step by step to show you how to work with royal icing with a flood consistency, wet on wet techniques, and how to work with stiffer icing to add texture and detail to your cookies. Included in this class you’ll receive a cookie recipe and a royal icing recipe to practice at home.
We recommend ages 8 and up for this decorating class. Please note, this class is truly open to all, not just your GAL pals, so invite your fav person ever, as all are welcome! 😉
Upon signing up for this class, you agree to all rules and terms in the description about our classes on the website at https://buffalocakepops.com/product-category/classes/. Classes may be canceled on account of low attendance or on account of changing CDC/NY State guidelines for Covid 19 gatherings. We need 4 people signed up for a weekend class to run, and 6 people signed up on a week night to hold a class, but this number may change at the discretion of our business at any time. As of 12/9/22, there are no refunds for classes. If you are no longer able to attend a class you have signed up for, you may transfer your registration to someone else, you may notify us that you can no longer attend and we can try to fill your spot for you (if, and only if, someone signs up in your place, we can refund you), or you may use your class credit to purchase desserts from our bakery within 3 months of your class date.
