No pressure. No expectations. Just movement that feels good and reminds you your body is already enough

Who is this class for?

✨ Non-dancers and Beginners Welcome! ✨

Whether you're a seasoned dancer or taking your first steps onto the dance floor, our classes are designed for you. No experience is required – just an open heart and a willingness to explore the magic of joyful movement.

What to Bring/Wear:

• Open Mind and Positive Attitude -very important
• Leggings are fine, or some cheeky shorts if preferred
• A water bottle
• Heels are also welcome, but not compulsory

About Us:

The Curve Catwalk® is a London-based, body-inclusive community, that uses joyful movement to promote an alternative to outdated fitness classes.

We teach people across London how to use dance and movement as an empowering tool for improved mental health and physical well-being, allowing it to be a vehicle for improved body image, self-esteem, and overall confidence.
