Galentine's Art and Tea Party at 785 Arts!

It's BACK! 785 Arts' Valentine Tea Party! This year, join us for an enchanting afternoon at the NOTO Arts Center (935 N. Kansas Ave., NOTO Arts & Entertainment District), where whimsy and artistry collide! Picture this: a room filled with laughter, pleasing music and the sweet aroma of various teas wafting through the air. As you step into this magical space, you’ll be greeted by a table set for serving courses of yummy treats, lunch, and tea!
As you sip on your favorite brew—perhaps a fragrant chamomile or a bold Earl Grey—you’ll be whisked away into the world of basket weaving, guided by Cherokee basket maker, Lisa LaRue-Baker. Lisa will lead you through the art of crafting a heart-shaped Doublewall basket, a charming vessel perfect for holding newfound treasures as well as adorned an array of delectable chocolate treats from the renowned Hazel Hill Chocolate company, each piece a little morsel of joy waiting to be savored.
This two-hour adventure promises not only a feast for the senses but also an opportunity to unleash your creativity. As you weave and sip, you’ll find yourself surrounded by fellow art enthusiasts, all sharing stories, laughter, and perhaps even a few secret chocolate stashes.

The experience requires a ticket from Eventbrite, and each ticket is for TWO. The price is $140.00 which includes, teas and treats, lunch, basket making instruction and all materials for two people, and lasts approximately two hours.
