Galactic Child Yoga Summer Camps where children explore movement, mindfulness, art, mandalas, and games. This camp inspires kids to increase their flexibility and strength, improve their self-esteem and self-awareness, and encourage creativity and cooperation. Each day’s 3 hour session will include the practice of yoga, breath and relaxation. Cost includes materials for engaging games and art projects. Please bring a yoga mat, water & healthy snacks for your children.
Theme: A magical week of yoga, art and the elements! This camp will connect students with the elements of earth, water, fire, air, and the stars through creative activities, physical movement, and mindful artistic experiences. Get excited to create art, practice element-inspired yoga postures, and get to know the elements in playful ways using all the senses (smell, sight, touch, taste, intuition, and sound).
