Gala to Give

We are excited to introduce Houchin Community Blood Bank’s inaugural signature fundraising event. The Gala to Give is about bringing our community together for one incredible night to celebrate 75 years of saving lives while investing in the future of local blood services. Join us Thursday, September 10th, 5:30pm at the beautiful Bakersfield Country Club where guests will enjoy a beautiful black-tie evening with live music, cocktails, dinner, heartfelt stories, and a live auction, all supporting the programs that keep blood available when our family, friends, and neighbors need it most. We’d love for the community to join us and become part of that lifesaving legacy.
Every donation raised through Gala to Give will help strengthen our local blood supply by supporting donor recruitment, lifesaving equipment, community education, and programs that ensure blood remains available for emergencies, surgeries, cancer treatments, and countless other medical needs. Together, we can continue providing hope to thousands of local patients and families each year.
