Gainesville Modern Weekend 2026 presented by Atlantic Design Homes continues with our VIP Cocktail Party. Join us at Drinks and Dwellings on Friday, March 20th from 6 to 9 PM at the beautiful home of Scott Wilson and Warren Brown in Pine Hill Estates. Our theme is "Tiki: Mai Tais & Mod Times." Built in 1967, this Mid-Century Modern home has a spectacular pool, complete with a cabana for entertaining. Enjoy an exciting night of food provided by Zen Catering, specialty cocktails and full bar with the award-winning mixologist Kristin Amron, live music, photo booth and a chance to bid on an original MCM painting by artist Alfred Phillips.
