Join us for an hour of meditation, music, and community as we cultivate skills to live our lives with kindness, wisdom, appreciative joy, equanimity, and compassion. Led by Lama Losang of KTC with harmonium music by Helene Hammer. We will also be collecting non-perishable food for the Bread of the Mighty Food bank.
