تستمر بطولات القهوة التي تضم فئات عدة تستطلع مدى خبرة صنّاع القهوة ومعرفتهم وممارساتهم على جميع المستويات، بما فيها: تاريخ القهوة، اختيار حبوب البن، أساليب تحميصها، تحضيرها وطرق تقديمها.يتنافس المتسابقون في بطولة تشمل فئات التحميص، بالإضافة إلى سعيهم للحصول على جائزة أفضل مشروب مبتكر بالقهوة العربية باستخدام مفهوم مبتكر لتحضيرها وتقديمها.
The Championships continues to test the knowledge and practice of competitions from across the region in areas such as the heritage of Gahwa; bean selection and roasting, Gahwa preparation and serving.
