June is truly special. Our very own Gabrielle Cow will be the Chef of the Day at Top Toques for June 25th. Gaby has been taking the Culinary Management program and will be exceptionally busy the week of the 25th as the class also has a 3 day exam. This night is very important as this dinner will have the second highest impact on her marks for this term.
We will be sampling a Mediterranean menu that I am truly excited for. You can find the menu posted in the event feed.
A few notes:
- They do not have a liquor license but you are welcome to bring your own wine/alcoholic drinks
- The parking lot is on the smaller end and quite full during the day. However, most of the other businesses in this centre will be closed by the time we arrive for dinner. There is also lots of street parking directly across the road on Maurice Street.
The cost of this dinner will be $60 per person. No tax or tip. The funds from these dinners is what keeps this incredible school operating. Your $60 (per person) for this month can be e-transferred to [email protected]. Please ensure the password is “toptoques”.
Hoping as many of us as possible can get out to support both Gaby and this program. All of Gaby's classmates will be assisting with this dinner in every restaurant role. From sous chefs to serving.
