Gabe Abelson @ National Lampoon: The Yellow Door

Gabe Abelson is an accomplished mentalist and comedy writer, having

performed in over 30 countries as well as having appeared on such shows as

“Late Night With Conan O’Brien” (NBC), “Josh Gates Tonight” (Discovery),

“MTV’s Half-Hour Comedy Hour”, “Caroline’s Comedy Hour” as well as

numerous national commercials.

For five years, Gabe was the head monologue writer for “Late Show with David

Letterman”, garnering five Emmy nominations and four Writer’s Guild Awards.

After his years at Letterman, Gabe worked as a staff writer on various network

shows, including “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno (NBC), and “Lopez Tonight”

(TBS).

As if his impressive comedy credentials weren’t enough, Gabe’s greatest

passion and talent is that of mind-reading. His original demonstrations of

thought-reading, suggestion, clairvoyance, and telekinesis are unlike anything

else audiences have ever seen, as Gabe leaves all those who witnessed his

show in slack-jawed disbelief! Gabe has also performed his mind-reading act for

two sitting presidents.
