Fête Swé Pop-Up | Free Movement + Culture Experience

This is not a workout. It's a homecoming.

Fête Swé is a movement house for women who carry everything and are ready to put it down. On May 16th we're bringing it to Let's Meet Up in Phoenix for a free 90-minute pop-up experience — and you're invited.

What to expect:

You'll move through two experiences in 90 minutes:

The Landing — a gentle, grounded practice for your nervous system. Breath work, slow movement, and a moment to actually check in with your body. No choreography. No performance. Just permission to arrive.

The Celebration — Afro-Caribbean movement rooted in joy, culture, and rhythm. Higher energy, fully trauma-informed, and completely your pace. Modify anything. Honor your limits. You belong here exactly as you are.

This is for you if:

• You feel exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix
• You've tried the gym and still feel disconnected from your body
• You crave movement that feels like culture
• You know something is off but can't name it yet
• You're just curious and the word homecoming made you stop scrolling

What to bring: Yourself. Comfortable clothes you can move in. Water. An open mind.

What this is not: A fitness class. A performance. Anything you have to be good at.

You can't heal in a language your body doesn't speak.
