Our first Get Together / Meeting of the year is on Thursday, October 15, at 7pm. It will be held at the Back Nine Tavern at Stanley Golf Course in New Britain. This is a great venue with good food and drinks. As with all of these events, we will start the meeting with a very nice raffle selection. As this will also be a Business Meeting, the raffle will be followed by an opportunity for FVTU members to vote for officers for the 2026-2028 cycle. Following this we have a fantastic guest speaker lined up, Colonel Brian Newman of the Conn. Environmental Conservation Police! He’s a great speaker and is sure to answer your questions and concerns. You’ll find his background and responsibilities below. So come see us on Oct 15! Have dinner/drinks before or during the meeting. And remember that all of our events are open to the public, members and non-members alike. Join us and say Hi!
