Learn about the newest professional development books from Dr. Kellie Doubek, and hear about the latest children's books to have in your classroom from Anderson Bookshop's Beth Stephens. in addition, meet the FVRC Board and consider becoming involved!
We are trying something different this year; let's meet at Lou's for some pizza while we learn from Kellie and Beth. After the presentations, we will head over to Anderson's to shop with our 20% discount!
Bringing a friend? At least one free membership (for a non-member) will be raffled off. A membership to FVRC and Illinois Reading Council provides you a supportive colloquial network, access to Illinois Reading Journal online, an opportunity to join webinars and events with high quality professional literacy & authors, and check off Domain 4 with a membership to a professional organization.
Fox Valley Reading Council partners with Love Smiles. Love Smiles is a foundation dedicated to bringing awareness to pediatric cancer while providing moments of peace to those diagnosed and their families. On behalf of Love Smiles, we accept donations of any age books. Please consider bringing a new book to donate to Love Smiles.
