How do we prepare our societies our organisations and our careers for the age of AI?
On 11 November 2025 the Future Skills Forum (FSF) will take place at Marina Bay Sands Singapore co-hosted by CFTE and the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) as an official side event of the Singapore FinTech Festival.
This invitation-only forum brings together policymakers industry leaders educators professionals and students. It is designed not just for conversation but for commitments and solutions that will guide the future of skills in Singapore and beyond.
The Forum is built around three stages:
Vision Stage – where global leaders set the agenda and share perspectives on the AI transition.
Dialogue Stage – where professionals and students engage directly with HR leaders and peers contributing lived experience and exploring the skills that matter most for future careers.
Leadership Roundtables – where senior decision-makers meet in closed-door settings to co-create frameworks on national talent strategies organisational readiness and inclusion in the AI age.
This year will also feature a Youth Keynote competition giving Singaporean students and young professionals (15–25 years old) the chance to take the global stage and share their vision for the future of skills.
Participants will directly contribute to the FSF Report 2025 which will serve as a global reference for nations organisations and individuals navigating the AI workforce transformation.
