Future-Ready Workforce Initiative: Employer Informational Event

Are you hiring electricians, HVAC technicians, or automotive technicians with electric vehicle training?

The City of Lincoln’s has $1.3M available to help local companies like yours bring on new apprentices in those three fields. Participating employers can receive:

· 50–75% wage reimbursement for a new employee’s first 3–6 months

· Coverage of tuition, books, and required tools

· Access to pre-screened, job-ready candidates
