Join us for a FREE one-day career skills fair that aims to equip young adults with the essential skills needed to succeed in today’s job market!
In the morning, attendees will engage in interactive workshops that cover topics such as conflict resolution, overcoming anxiety, coping in the workplace, social interactions, and employability skills. After lunch, students will break into small groups for fun skills building games!
This event is designed to be interactive to ensure active participation and hands-on learning.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided PLUS there will be door prizes! Each student will receive a backpack of job essential goodies like notebooks, writing utensils, and more!
Contributing partners include San Mar Family & Community Services, Horizon Goodwill, Washington County DSS, and The Arc of Washington County. Funded by a grant from the Community Foundation of Washington County, MD.
