About Po-Shen Loh, PhD
Dr. Po-Shen Loh is a renowned mathematician, educator, and innovator. As a professor at Carnegie Mellon University and the national coach of the USA International Math Olympiad team, he has led the team to multiple world championships. Dr. Loh is also the founder of Expii, a platform revolutionizing online education, and his unique approaches to teaching and problem-solving have inspired audiences worldwide. With a passion for making math and science engaging for all, Dr. Loh is a sought-after speaker known for blending creativity, humor, and deep insights to empower learners of all ages.
About Jim Foley
The son of an elementary school computer teacher, MPH Head of School Jim Foley grew up on an Apple IIC and never looked back. He went on to earn a B.A. in Economics at Swarthmore College and an M.A. in Educational Technology at Fairfield University, then led trailblazing pedagogical explorations of flipped, blended, online, and 1:1 instructional environments as a full-time teacher and school technologist. Prior to joining MPH in 2023, Jim was the founding Director of the St. Luke’s Center for Leadership and served on the Board of Directors of ATLIS, the Association of Technology Leaders in Independent Schools.
