Meet Your Host

Duncan Webster, CFA is a financial services industry veteran, known for his expertise in investment strategy and advice. His experience spans a wide array of client mandates and objectives, serving private clients, endowments, pension plans, liability-driven insurance investors, and corporate treasuries. Duncan has honed his skills at both major global firms and smaller enterprises across multiple countries, taking on roles as employee, external advisor, start-up founder, owner, and board member of regulated entities.

Prior to founding Authentic in 2014, Duncan was the Chief Investment Officer & Head, and a Board Member of CIBC Global Asset Management & CIBC Private Investment Counsel. Previously, he was the Co-Head of PIMCO Canada, and Team Head of Portfolio Strategy & Capital Markets at Allianz Investment Management.
