Join our Lean-Agile Community at our next event in Sofia where we’ would like to share our experiences and hear about yours.What is an Agile Clinic? It is a structured, yet agenda-less meeting format designed to foster meaningful and productive discussions:

1. Gather Topics: Participants write down discussion topics on sticky notes.
2. Vote: Everyone votes on the topics they are most interested in.
3. Time-Boxed Discussions: Topics are discussed in order of priority, with a set time for each.
4. Continuous Improvement: After each discussion, participants vote to either continue or move to the next topic.

Who is this event for
This event is tailored for Agile professionals, whether seasoned veterans or those new to the field, who are eager to enhance and expand their Agile knowledge.

Structure/format
Embracing a classic Clinic format, the event will foster dynamic group discussions centered around the topics that resonate most with you. We encourage and welcome suggestions, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive environment for all attendees.

Background
Our journey began in 2018 with the inception of Scrum Master Clinics in Sofia, where we successfully organized six events. In 2019, we evolved the format into engaging workshops, prioritizing the Agile Coaching Competency Framework, and successfully hosted seven meetups. However, due to overwhelming demand, we have returned to the beloved and effective clinic format that started it all.

Outcome
In essence, the Agile Clinic event aims to empower participants by equipping them with the essential knowledge, skills, and support necessary to excel in their practices. By doing so, they can drive project success and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within their organizations.
