While the kids are heading back to school and preparing for their future, it’s time for the adults to start building theirs! 🏡✨
Join Veronica Smith and Combs Premier Realty Group, along with special guests and industry professionals, for an interactive Future Homeowners Workshop created to take some of the confusion out of preparing for homeownership.
This isn’t about showing up and being told you need to buy a house tomorrow.
This is about finding out where you are, understanding what may be standing between you and your goal, and creating a plan for what comes next.
Whether you’re hoping to purchase soon, next year, or you’re simply trying to figure out if homeownership is realistic for you, there’s a seat in class for you.
🍎 What’s on the Curriculum?
We’ll break down important parts of the homeownership journey in a way that’s practical and easy to understand, including:
- Homebuyer Readiness — Where are you right now, and what should you work on next?
- Credit — Understanding how your credit profile can impact your options and what to consider as you prepare.
- Finances & Budgeting — Looking beyond the purchase price and understanding the financial preparation that comes with homeownership.
- Pre-Approval — What it is, why it matters and what lenders may review.
- The Homebuying Process — Understanding the journey from preparation to getting the keys.
- Your Timeline — Whether your goal is 3, 6, 12+ months away, you’ll begin building a plan around your timeframe.
- Goal Setting & Accountability — Turning “I want to own a home someday” into measurable next steps.
And we’ll have special guests joining us to provide additional insight and resources throughout class!
📝 You Won’t Leave Empty-Handed
This is designed to be more than a workshop you attend, take a few notes at and forget about.
You’ll have tools to help you continue working toward your goals after class, including a Homeowner Readiness Assessment, goal-setting sheets, milestone checklists and helpful resources.
Your readiness assessment will help you take a closer look at areas such as credit, finances, pre-approval status, purchasing timeline and other important checkpoints so you can identify both your progress and your next steps.
Think of it as your own homeownership curriculum. 🎓🏡

We’re taking the Class Is in Session theme seriously!
Come dressed in your favorite back-to-school or classroom-inspired attire if you’d like. Think teacher, student, school spirit, collegiate looks—or simply come as you are.
The goal is to create an environment where you can learn, ask questions, connect with resources and enjoy the experience without feeling pressured or overwhelmed.
